Code of Conduct PLAYERS CODE OF CONDUCT Ludgvan Lions expects all players to: Show good team spirit at all times. Show a sportsmanlike attitude. Try their best. Support and encourage their team mates. Respect the decisions of the match officials. Support and respect their managers decisions. Support and respect officers and members of the Club. Remember they are representing L.L.J.F.C.
PARENTS AND SUPPORTERS CODE OF CONDUCT The Club would request that you: Respect/support decisions made by the officers of the Club. Respect/support decisions made by the team managers/coaches. Support and encourage the players at all times. Encourage good team spirit and show sportsmanlike conduct at all times. Do not use bad language or any behaviour deemed misconduct at any time whilst representing/supporting L.L.J.F.C Officers/managers can ask you to leave if deemed necessary. Applaud the opposition in good play. Please DO NOT coach players during matches and/or training sessions. The managers will give their players instructions if and when necessary. If you would like to discuss any particular tactics, please speak to the managers. Please advise the manager as soon as possible if your player is unable to play, when selected for a match. Please leave changing room at the managers request, prior to a match. This allows for the "team talk". Help players learn and improve their confidence and self-esteem by encouragement NOT criticism.
MANAGERS AND COACHES CODE OF CONDUCT All managers and coaches will abide by the following: Make themselves available to undertake F.A run training sessions as deemed necessary by the officers of the Club. Promote fair play and show and encourage sportsmanlike conduct at all times. Demonstrate best practice in all areas of child protection. Develop team building skills and attitudes. Provide training for all Club members within their age group. Support and respect the officers, fellow managers, parents and players of the Club. Not use bad language, misconduct at anytime whilst representing/supporting L.L.J.F.C Abide by the match officials decisions. Help players learn and improve their confidence and self-esteem by encouragement NOT criticism. Remember that misconduct etc reported to the league can incur disciplinary action on the whole Club, including possible exclusion from the league. Managers must make sure at least 2 adults are in the changing room at any one time.
